Terms of service

General

✓ Draw: Fanart & Original Characters, Soft NSFW (sexy clothes, seductive poses).
✗ Won't draw: Extreme gore, Politics, R-18 (sexual act, private parts).• Final commission artwork will be delivered in high resolution (5K or higher) as JPG or PNG format only. Deliver via Google Drive.
• Lineart, PSD files, or editable layers are not included, unless discussed and paid for as part of a commercial use license.
• Approx. time a month (or longer if we both agreed) depending on the details required and the progress.
• Please provide info, references and a detail explanation as simple, precise, and vision of the project. Poses, background, etc.
• My work is not related to any politics and religion. Not to be used in AI data and training / NFT / other beside what's agreed between us.
• I may stream the commission art process during live sessions if I feel like it. Unless we've agreed to an NDA or you've specifically requested privacy (e.g. for a surprise gift), I reserve the right to share my work-in-progress and finished pieces.

Revisions

• I will send you updates and WIPs during each stages for approval.
• Please inform if you want to make major changes by sketch and rough colored stage. (No major changes passing this 2 stage, unless additional charges paid)
• A maximum of 2 revisions during the work process. Further revisions will be charged. Any extra changes and major revisions after approved will come at an extra charge.

Artist
• I reserve the rights of the commissioned artwork. To use it as my own.
• I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.
The commissioner
• Commission artwork is made only for personal use such as upload to website, social media.
• You can print the artwork only for personal use to keep.
• You may not use it to make any profit. (reselling, redistributing, product printings, NFT, etc.)
• You are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes. (Unless it is made for commercial use purposes)
• No major changes (e.g., animation) to the commissioned artwork without artist's consent, unless for commercial use.

Payment

• I will only start working after receiving half or full payment of commission.
• Full payment - high resolution work in progress art.
• Half payment - reduced resolution work in progress art. The remaining 50% payment will be requested once the commission is approximately 80% complete.
• The final, full-resolution artwork will be delivered after the full payment is received.
• Cancellation and refund policy: Refund is not permitted once the work has started.
• Price differences base on details and complexity such as weapon, armor, accessories, etc.
• Price is in USD. Payment made through Pay Pal.
• All subject to change in the future.
Your acknowledgement of these terms and conditions at the start of any project will be considered as acceptance of the Terms of Service outlined here.
